Can I make comments without Registering?

Yes you can. We just employ a 'Captcha' anti-spam device that requires you to enter a code into a text box before you can submit comments. This is just to help reduce spam submitted by bots. There are, however, several benefits to Registering including being able to submit articles and not see the 'Captcha' device any more.
